In this photo I am wearing Armani Luminous Silk Foundation (4.25), Nars Orgasm Blush, Sephora pencil in #8 on my inner rim, Lancome liquid liner in black on top and Fenty Gloss in Fu$$y.
As per usual, I’ve tried a lot of products in 2020. Considering the year we’ve had, there wasn’t that much new makeup that I’ve played around with, but I’m ending the year with some standouts in skincare, hair, fragrances and a new favorite gloss from Fenty, that I’m wearing in the photo above.
Continue reading for my top Sephora favorites from this past year.

Skincare Standouts:
Farmacy House of Gold Set: There are a few Farmacy products that really stand out for me and they all happen to be in this set. The Honeymoon Glow is a great AHA/BHA exfoliating treatment that I alternate with retinol and my nights of just simple hydration (meaning, I focus on moisture and nothing else). The Honey Potion Mask is a super hydrating facial mask and the Honey Halo is a rich facial cream, perfect for winter skin. Highly recommend and this set would make for such a great gift.
Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream: My other favorite that I’ve spoken about several times is the Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream. I love this cream so much. It’s thick, it’s creamy and it’s super hydrating. Now that it’s colder, I’ll often use this under my SPF during the day as it absorbs really well. At night, I like to layer it under a facial oil.
NuFace: I love my NuFace and I definitely see a difference when I’m consistent with it. My cheekbones look more defined and I just feel a bit more lifted. I have a full review here. If you want to save a little, I think the Mini is great, but if you’re interested in using the attachments that come with the NuFace (I use the ELE for my eyelids and lips), then those only work with the regular size.
Fresh Rose-Petal Lip Balm: I got this during the last Sephora sale and it’s become an immediate favorite. I may like it more than the Laniege. It melts right into my lips and reminds me of the $60 By Terry Rose Balm, but at less than half the price.
Supergoop Glow Sunscreen: This glow-y sunscreen definitely has a cult following and while I really don’t love it on its own, I really love it mixed in with other SPF. On its own, I find it has a bit too much glow, but when diluted with something else, I really, really love it.
NĂ©cessaire Hand Cream: I’m still trying to figure out if I love the formula or the packaging more. I’d say it’s a tie, but either way, one of my favorite finds of 2020.
Makeup & Treatments:
Fenty Glass Bomb Lip Luminizer: When it comes to makeup, there hasn’t been that much newness that I’ve experimented with, but the one thing I have tried and absolutely loved is the Fenty Lip Luminizer. I love that it’s not too sticky, but still nice and shiny. My favorite color is probably Fu$$y, a shimmery pink with a hint of peach.
GrandeLASH: I wasn’t sure what category this lash enhancing serum should be filed under , but nonetheless, GrandeLASH has made my stumpy, post pregnancy lashes so long, without any irritation.
Fragrance & Candles:
Maison Louis Marie No. 04: I discovered this last year, fell in love with it, misplaced my bottle and then forgot about it. About a month ago, it reappeared and I’m pretty excited to have it back in my rotation. I’m very picky when it comes to fragrances, but this, with key notes of sandalwood, vetiver and amber wood smells so good. I have the mini bottle and love to keep it in my bag and it’s probably Keith’s favorite perfume that I wear.
Maison Louis Marie No 04 Candle: Oh and there’s also a candle and it smells like a hotel that you’d want to spend a long weekend at. Upscale, sexy, warm and inviting.
Hair:
Olaplex: I know I’m a broken record when it comes to Olaplex, but what can I say? My hair responds really well to it. I have the shampoo and conditioner in my rotation and try to use the #3 treatment at least once a week. I also really like the bonding oil on my ends.
Amika Dry Shampoo: I had a reader recommend this to me and she was right! I definitely will be rebuying and I think I like it better than Living Proof, my other favorite.
