A few pieces I’ve been wearing over and over again.

We all have those closet pieces we reach for all the time, depending on the season, our mood, the time in the life that we’re in, what we’re currently into, etc.  Here are some of the items that I’ve been reaching for a lot, lately.

I have about a dozen black blazers, but lately I’ve been wearing this above one more than any others. Since I typically gravitate towards simpler clothing, the details on this one add the right amount of pizzazz. It’s an investment piece, but I will say that the quality is beautiful. There’s also a similar version that’s less than $100.

Button Down: J Crew (wearing a size 4) | Denim: Joes | Flats: Chanel

This classic white button down. While it seems like a white button down is an obvious thing to say, it’s been sometime since I’ve reached for it this often. Lately, I find myself revisiting it and wearing it with everything from jeans to a bathing suit coverup.

This summer, in my rotation there’ve been several pairs of shorts, including two pairs of denim. These are one of the pairs and this black pair (pictured below) is the other. I wear them way more often than I care to admit.

My favorite pair of black denim shorts paired with a white v-neck tee that I recently got, but I just ordered 1 more because I’m really loving the fit of it.

For a dressier pair of shorts, I’ve been reaching for this pair and the pair I’m wearing below. This above pair, I prefer to pair it with a bodysuit so there’s less bulkiness around the waist and aside from the one I’m wearing above (which is sadly almost sold out), I love this one and this one, both on sale.

I talked about this outfit in this post, but this is something I’m wear to an office (minus a formal setting) or if I wanted to look a bit more dressed up than wearing a pair of denim shorts. Aside from the shorts, M.M.LaFleur tees have become a favorite for a dressier, slightly thicker, boxier tee.

These sandals have been one of my favorite purchases and I definitely see myself wearing them way into fall. They’re comfortable and I especially love them paired with jeans. For the belt, I already have a separate post that I dedicated to it.
